Spent all day today in the kitchen baking batches of Chocolate n' Peanut Butter Chip Brownies and Peanut Butter Blossoms. Halfway through I ran out of Hershey Kisses! Thus came my first attempt at tempering chocolate.

Success! I used the cookie batter to make regular peanut butter cookies and then dipped them in the chocolate. Delicious is all I can say!!

The peanut butter cookies with the hershey kiss.  At least that's what they are in my neck of the woods.

I too have finished all my baking except for my apple pie.  it's so much better fresh.  Lots of cookies, pies, and i even did the ham and turkey today.
