H and I are going on our 2nd hospital birth center tour. I think I've mentioned this before, but I'll repeat. We're not TTC yet, but we plan to start probably sometime next year. I have an internist but I would like an OB/GYN for pregnancy. Grand Rapids, MI has 3 major hospitals so we're touring the birth centers of all 3 before I make a decision on an OB/GYN. Based on my understanding, most/all OB/GYNs work with just 1 hospital so that's why we're doing it this way.
So I'm kinda excited
Our 1st tour was Saturday and it was at the hospital that my dad, my sisters, and I were all born at. So it would be cool to have a "3rd generation X hospital baby." I know, I'm weird, but I like traditions like that. Tonight's tour is at the largest hospital in town. Still waiting to hear from the 3rd, and smallest, hospital about when we can go on a tour.
