XP: Dried Flowers?

Does anyone have any opinions on/experience with dried flowers?

I haven't given a ton of thought to flowers but I like the idea of a wildflower bouquet. I've looked into buying wholesale flowers and doing the arranging myself but some things to consider is the availability/dependability of wildflowers via wholesale and my inexperience with flowers- I don't exactly have a green thumb...

I'm not crazy about fake/sillk flowers, although they do make some real-looking bouquets now, I've noticed. And they don't seem to be a huge price break from wholesale fresh. Plus, I have this (possibly wrong) idea that they won't smell like flowers. Their permanence is nice, though.

Dried flowers seem like a nice compromise between the two- no chance I'll kill them because they're already dead! I've seen a few wildflower bouquets on etsy that are really in line with what I was looking for in terms of variety and colors and they're pretty affordable. Plus, with proper storage, they'll keep for a long time and I won't have to worry preserving my bridal bouquet because it's been done. And since they were once flowers, I feel like I'm avoiding the fake feeling.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone else has gone this route or has some other thoughts on the matter. Thanks~

These are some of the ones I've been looking at:
