Can anyone tell me how to do this?  I am pretty tech-savvy, but for the life of me I can't figure it out!

i am not sure, but i think ppl are using applications like photobucket - if you upload a pic it will give you the coding to be avle to add it in HTML - then paste that scrip in like you do for the counter and alll that i have not tried but i think that is how

There are lots of places with free accounts that let you share pictures.  I use photobucket myself.   Then, just add the HTML, thusly:

< img src="LINKTOIMAGE" />

(remove the spaces between the brackets)  You can't use that in the posts, but it does work in the sig box.   You can also add links, like I did.
