I signed the contract on Friday afternoon!! My house is officially for rent and available as of December 1!! I need to send some pictures to the woman to put in the ad and she's stopping by my work on wednesday to pick up the key for showings but it's a go!! And...she thinks we can get WAY more per month than I was expecting, so that is fantastic news too! Now I need to pack pack pack! We started packing up the kids room yesterday, but there is so much stuff!!! I feel a good purge coming on! Can't wait to move into FI's house!!
