Hi there, wanted to give you a little information about maggiano's. I'm a banquet server there and I wanted to let you know that we make 16 dollars an hour and we live on tips. That event fee does not go to us at all or our hourly. So when people don't tip, we hurt financially. Hope this helps.

I was thinking about getting my Bridesmaid and my MOH t shirts to wear at the rehersal and dinner.

I'm so at a loss at what to get them for their gifts! Any ideas?
