menu cards..

Has anyone done menu cards or plan on using them? I'm having around 75-85 guests and i chose a buffet style dinner.  I thought it would be nice to have menu cards so everyone can see what is being served before they get up. Any thoughts?

Seems like a waste if the food will be properly labeled. I am doing a buffet but I'm going to have little cards by each item of food with what the dish is and major ingredients listed (I have a few gluten free vegetarians coming and some other people with specific food allergies)

I'm not doing menu cards because we also chose a buffet style dinner. But I do want them to know what's being served, so we are going to make a sign listing whats being served.

We're having a buffet style dinner as well, and plan on using them.  We bought tolsby frames for our tables and plan on putting table numbers on one side and the menu on the other.

I made  menus, but I'm having a sit down dinner. I made them on vista print relatively cheap, but like PPs said, if it's a buffet, it's not really necessary, but that doesn't mean you can't do it anyway
