This weeks DIY project, need input (pip)

I am having guest throw eco-friendly confetti (the kind that dissapears with water) and I want to make a cone and have them hung on each chair, so thats my project this week, but I can't decide which kind of paper to use for my cones. I have a vintagy feel but my 'theme' is nature/trees... I like my favorite is the tan paper with the dollie-thingy on it, but I like them all.. (wedding colors are yellow and grey so the regular paper would be that color if I go that route.
