hi, i know i am one of those disappear, reappear people on this board.

I went through a few of the past posts- and well, I can see that things are as fun and exciting as ever, albeit maybe a litlte tense.

but i just wanted to say hello.

i am  at work and drowning in it, but i wanted to wish everyone a really happy holiday- whichever one it might be that you celebrate.

As i will be picking up my weddingplanning full speed ahead in 2012- i will be here non-stop- don't worry. 

I know amethyst likes when i chime in here and there (i hope you still do ?)

It is:

1 bottle of champagne

2 cups of cran-apple (it calls for 3 cups, but instead I use two and then i use one cup of PAMA- but ya know you can use 3 if  you don't want the pomegrante liquor)

a nip of cointreau (or 3/4 cup if you are pouring froma  bigger bottle)

then i put in frozen cranberriers and frozen orange slices rather than ice so it doesnt get too watered down

its delisc.

I am kind of a champagne-whore
