JCrew Size 18

Just how far off from a woman's size 18 is a Jcrew 18, my fsil apparently won't fit, is it reasonable to try and lose weight to fit in it by September?

I agree with MrsMegan. No one needs that stress to lose weight in a certain period of time. When you are trying to do that, often it ends in failure and you just end up feeling worse about yourself and in this case, also have a dress that doesn't fit. If she is important to you and you want her in the wedding, find another option that will work for everyone. Or have everyone pick a dress they feel comfortable in, in the same color family.
