9 days and I feel blah!

So much has happened and the day is too soon. I got really sick for about two months. With horrible migraines. So bad I couldn't sleep for days and working out was a no. Finally got the right meds to take away the migraines. But not until two weeks ago. I'm not at the goal weight I wanted to be at. My dress isn't fitting right and I'm dreading the wedding day. I hate this feeling. I just want my dress to fit correctly and to be happy that day. :

  • Just relax and take a deep breath. 

    Stress tends to make us hold weight, so the first step is for you to calm down. And then just think about what the day is about. At the end of the day you will marry a wonderful man whom you get to share a lifetime of experiences with. And that's the thing that will be the most important to you. Don't stress about the little things, and try your best to truly enjoy these last 9 days before the most wonderful day ahead of you.
