So not only is the holiday season TERRIBLE as far as dieting goes, but for me, I'm also in the midst of my first finals week of grad school. I'm therefore up to 3 or sometimes even 4 diet cokes a day (when I usually stop myself at 2), and this morning I ate peanut butter straight out of the jar for breakfast. I remembered that my work was kind enough to make me a holiday gift basket filled with junk food, so I just finished eating a bag of mini-cheetos, and then, TO MY GREAT DELIGHT, I FOUND:
A LITTLE DEBBIE CHRISTMAS TREE CAKE!
within seconds I had devoured it, and vowed to myself no more. Unfortunately, I know that next time I pass such a package, I will not be able to resist, now that I have tasted the sweet goodness of the holiday season. (Especially in my school-induced stressed out state).
So my question for you, What is your guiltiest of guilty pleasures? What is the one thing you feel absolutely terrible about, but just cannot help yourself? Clearly, mine is Little Debbies (but only the Zebra Cakes/ Christmas Trees). Curse you and your sugary goodness!
