Day Of Timelines

Hey ladies,
I am trying to work on a day of timeline to give my wedding party and family.

Has anyone else worked on this yet? What are your timelines??

My timeline is crazy long, but it's one big timeline that covers everything from when we start getting ready, to when vendors arrive, when we leave for pictures, when we return, when transportation starts, etc.  I am going to pare down the list to just the items relevant to our families and give this to them.  My FI will have his own copy made up so they are on time.  haha.

Our whole day is kind of laid back... so i am just telling family etc we will be here from this time to this time and then we will go here, so they have the option of being a part of getting ready or they can just show up at ceremony.  Here's the rundown for my day so far...
    Hair 830-12 makeup 11-2
    get dressed 2-245
leave hotel  245pm... Meanwhile guys are getting dressed at home and will be at ceremony site 230-245
    ceremony 3pm
cocktail hour for guests (pictures for bridal party) 345-ish-4:45pm-ish
5:00 introductions, first dance, welcoming toasts, etc..
Dinner served at 530pm to 630 ish... then it's party time!!
we will be leaving at 830pm and the guests can stay later or leave earlier than that.

The rest is played by year... i have coordinators on site during to arrange for the vendors, and for the cake cutting, father/mother dances, bouquet toss etc..  They said a lot has to do with the flow of the day so if guests are done with dinner early or anxious, they will just announce they will be doing this now, or so and so will be doing a speech.  Makes sense to me, and it's that much less i have to worry about during!

    Hope that helps!

What about the day before timeline?  Is anyone doing a luncheon with the girls, getting nails done or any other fun activities before the rehearsal and then rehearsal dinner?  I'm trying to work on all of this as one long timeline and keep getting off track.

I didn't have a schedule for the day before because almost all of my girls were OOT.  I was also doing a lot of last-minute stuff and wouldn't have had time for anything else.  My mom and I had our mani/pedi appointment in the morning and then I didn't see anyone else until we were leaving for the rehearsal.

Making a day-of schedule was the best thing I did!  It was pretty detailed, down to the minute, but I needed to put that together and make people responsible for their own parts so I could not relax.  Granted, the salon's inability to subtract $70 from my total and my mother's inability to be dressed on time completely threw off the schedule and reduced picture time, but everyone was where they needed to be at the right time and everything else went smoothly!

My timeline is in my bio and it pretty much covers the whole day.
