Anybody else on a budget??!!

I was curious if anybody had any creative ideas on how to decorate on a budget for a reception?? I have a ways to go and am trying to plan ahead!! Thanks

I am doing the whole wedding CHEAP!  Talk people down.  Ure having a recession wedding!  I agree flowers for centerpieces aren't worth it.  Looking back the last thing ure gna say is man I wish I had flowers in the middle of my tables!  We're doing wine glasses (3) then 2 roses in each glass (okay so im doing some flowers but theyre only gna be 150 bucks for all our flowers, boutineers, and corsages which I'm making--flowers from Sams check it out!) then i'm gna hang pearl beading from glass to glass to make it look vintage I also got rhinestone beading, too.  I got all that from JoAnns and saved like $150.  I asked her to double coupon and she did!! lol! I'm so cheap! Then we're doing candles and perhaps rose petals. That makes it like $5 buck a centerpiece! Online coupons rock and ebay does too! Ribbon on ebay is waaay cheaper!
