Sorry for being MIA...wedding craziness took over right before the wedding, but I'm back and now a Mrs.!!!!  The day before the wedding one of the groomsman from Georgia called to say he wasn't sure if he could come, which of course pissed me off, but after that everything went WONDERFULLY!!!!!!!!!  I seriously had SO much fun and would love to share pictures so I'm trying to put a couple up on a site for you guys to see!    Also, how do I post it in my siggy again? haha I have the worst memory...THANKS!

    You got married at the Eastland, right? I think I saw some of your wedding guests standing outside. FI's parents have a condo on the corner of High and Cumberland and we had drinks at The Top of the East that night! I started thinking that a Maine Knottie might be getting married there that day so I considered peaking in to see, but decided that would not be so polite, especially if it wasn't you! I can't wait to see pictures!! To put one in your siggy, upload it to a file sharing program (shutterfly, photobucket, etc.) open the full size version of the picture, right click, choose properties, copy the URL, go to tinyurl.com to make it small, then use this code:<img src="your tiny url here" width=200> but take out the quotation marks. Then open your knot profile and it should have a place to edit your signature. Just paste that in there. HTH!

    Congratulations!!! I can't wait to see some pictures and here more about your day! Did you go on a honeymoon right after?

    Yes, I was an Eastland bride!  Absolutely LOVED it there!!  Their flambe presentation set off fire alarms and the whole place was evacuated except for our wedding reception haha (he asked if I wanted to evacuate but assured me they were the reason the alarm was going off so I said no, we are having a good time so as long as we're safe we'll stay haha)  Then when we tried to go to the Top of the East after they wouldn't let us in because they were at capacity....two other brides NOT from the Eastland were in there though and they said they'd only let in DH and I but I said nevermind cuz the point was to after party with our friends....that was my only disappointment but that wasn't the fault of Jasmine or any wedding people there...that's just the Top of the East lol I attempted to put a pic in my siggy, hopefully it worked!  It's us doing the cupid shuffle haha

    And yes we went on our honeymoon! www.valentinmaya.com I would HIGHLY recommend it!!!  However, I would NOT recommend you travel on American Airlines....they royally screwed us, but I will write a post on that another night :-P

    Sorry to hear about American Airlines.  We also got screwed by them on our honeymoon and their management was treating their employees HORRIBLY!  I will avoid flying them again at all costs!

    LOVE the siggy pic, Sarah! And now I'm really going to smack my sister-- she didn't mention that the fire alarms went off! She is hopeless for sharing stories-- even if it IS because she's too busy raising 2 kids, working, and planning my bridal showers!

    OMG I hope I wasn't one of the people in there that caused you to not be able to come in!! :( I don't think it could have been me though, I was sitting pretty close to the door and didn't see any brides come in or try to come in. I left pretty early too.
