Photo sharing sites

Okay, I truly can't understand how I didn't write down the answer to this questions the million times it's been asked in the past...but since I can't find the answer anywhere in my notes, I'm going to have to make it 1,000,001: remind me what the consensus is about the best place to use as a photo sharing site? I remember that there's a way to upgrade capacity for $25 or something so that wedding guests can upload their photos, but can't for the life of me remember what site everyone recommends. TIA!

LOVE Shutterfly. Very easy to use and they give you lots of free stuff.

I love shutterfly because you can download the full sized files that guests upload to your desktop.

I am using a shutterfly share site. It is through shutterfly and uses their engine, but you get a dedicated domain address (within shutterfly) and you guests can view/upload pics. You can password protect the share page if you choose. What I like best about it is that if your guests do not want to sign up for a shutterfly account (they need one to upload), they can email the photos to a dedicated email address that shutterfly gives you.

I don't have one to recommend, but don't use Flickr.

If you use flickr, upgrade to pro.  Photobucket has also been recommended on the board in the past.

Didn't someone else on here have problems with flickr, even though they upgraded to pro?

We used flickr pro account.  No problems.  Cost $25 per year.  The images are full file size when I downloaded them to my computer.

We used flickr and upgraded to the pro account, but someone just told me recently she had trouble uploading, which may explain why so few people uploaded.I would probably use shutterfly instead, if they do keep the original file sizes. At the time I thought flickr was the only one that did it, so I just went with them. To do photobooks, I may end up transferring some pics to my shutterfly account anyway.
