Top Hat Tuxedo?

Has anyone used them? They're located in Fox Chapel at Waterworks Mall. We're thinking of going there Wednesday to take a look...but I'd love some knottie feedback from anyone who's used them. If you have, were they easy to work with? Were you happy with the tuxes, the process? Did they deliver as promised? TIA!

We used Top Hat Tuxedo! We rented kilts for the guys, because they were one of the only places we found who did that. They were wonderful! Very knowledgeable sales staff, and they helped us accommodate 2 GM who were not only out of state, but out of the country!! They were wonderful! Dave needed a tux for an inaugural ball in DC, and we rented it from Top Hat because we liked them so much! Definitely go, you won't be disappointed! :-)

I second! We were there for two hours the other night picking out tuxes. The guy (Brad? I can't remember) was so helpful. He offered suggestions that were not things that I would have picked out, but ended up liking more than I liked what I picked. Their prices are pretty good. And they have the lowest 'deal' that we came across. Most places were 5 tuxes and the groom's is free but theirs is 4.

We actually had a different opinion.  The owner was like a car salesman and drove us crazy!  We wanted to leave five minutes after being there.  He then called us several times, even again after we told him we already purchased suits.  Sounds like others had a good experience and got what they wanted, though.  Just thought I'd lend my opinion.
