I'm sorry you are not feeling well.  :(You can take regular strength Tylenol.  I know it isn't much, but maybe it will take the edge off.

    Tylenol doesn't really do anything for my migraines, unfortunately.  It's a functional migraine so luckily it's more of an annoyance than a pain (literally).  I just kind of have to wait it out, which sucks.
