The best $50 I've spent...

Was on a font I downloaded to DIY my invitations.  It's called Lady Rene. I had designed them but wasn't "in love" and they seemed so basic to me.  I found this font while I was browsing invites on Minted, and fell in love with it.  It has flourishes, hearts, and is casual but still elegant with a vintage feel.  It makes my designs so much more professional looking and I am using this font for all our signage.  

What was the best $50 you've spent so far?

Best $50 I spent? Hmm...maybe it was the $30 I spent on my hair piece. It's an antique-looking flower with pearls in the middle. I just adore it and everyone I show my hair trial photos to gushes over it. I really think it completes my look.

Next weekend I am driving to NH to meet with Exeter Tent Rental people to go over what I want for a tent, layout, tables, etc. The $50 will be in gas to get there...  Ok not that much.  But add in some coffee and lunch on the way/way back and we should be close to $50.

The best $50 I've spent so far was on the deposit for the spa. It booked my spa day services a couple of days before the wedding, as well as my "day of" services (hair and make-up) AND it reserved the bridal area for all my girls to get ready.

The font is really cute! The best $50 I have spent so far would be for my veil which was only $36.

I don't have a picture of the hairpiece, but I got it off the knot classifieds. I just really liked it and took a gamble - it was a winning bet!
