I made the spinach turkey rolls- soooo good! I didn't use the heavy cream, the egg white seemed to be enough to hold the spinach together. I added some pesto and parmesan to the stuffing. It is delish, thanks for the recipe! I think my only complaint is that the meat is pretty pricey. I'll be keeping my eye out for when it goes on sale!

    Hey Stace!  I'm glad you liked it!  I made it for my whole family that night, and it was a huge hit!  So healthy and tastey.

    I overcooked slightly, but will definitely adjust the cooking time and not bake for the full time that they recommend!
