    How long have you been together: 5 years in September

    Wedding Date: September 17, 2011 (Our 6 year anniversary)

    Wedding Colors: Plum, Celedon, Black, Ivory

    Wedding Location: Lakewood Inn Restaurant in Madison, Maine

    Favorite Place in Maine: Anywhere that's quiet and near a lake.

    Wedding Style: Elegant with a mix of modern and vintage.

    Biggest Wedding Focus: All of my DIY projects

    Favorite thing about FI: He's always there, and I know I can always count on him.

    How long have you been together: 3 years, in September

    Wedding Date: June 25, 2011

    Wedding Colors: Brown and Aqua

    Wedding Location: Grand Summit Hotel, Bethel, ME

    Favorite Place in Maine: Probably Peru, the town where I grew up. Its got a special place in my heart.

    Wedding style: traditional, classic

    Biggest Wedding Focus:
    Right now, getting DIY details done while I'm on summer break. (I'm a school teacher)

    Favorite thing about FI:
    He is one of the most caring, sweet people I have ever met.  He makes every part of my life better.  And, I love his smile :)

    How long have you been together: 11+ years!!!  Since I was 19.

    Wedding Date:  8/28/10

    Wedding Colors: Peacock colors - Purple/Apple Green/Peacock Blue with gold accents

    Wedding Location: Ceremony- Samuel Wilde Memorial Chapel, Portland    Reception -  The Purpoodock Club, Cape Elizabeth

    Favorite Place in Maine:  Anywhere on the coast

    Wedding Style:  Eclectic/Fun/Romantic

    Biggest Wedding Focus:  Color and Music!  We're doing 80's music only for the reception.  Oh!  and the 80 jars of homemade strawberry jam that i made for favors!

    How long have you been together: One Year - June 3rd (But have known each other over 4)

    Wedding Date: July 23rd 2011

    Wedding Colors: Black and White with Red

    Wedding Location: Ceremony - All Souls Chapel in Poland, Reception - Greenwood Mountain Inn in Hebron

    Favorite Place in Maine: I don't think we have a "favorite"... We just love the state as a whole

    Wedding Style: Romantic - Italy

    Biggest Wedding Focus: Trying to figure everything out half way across the country! - We both live in Florida, but are originally from Maine.

    Favorite thing about FI: He is silly, just like me, and can always make me laugh. Even when things are horrible.

    You and FI's (DH) Name: I'm Meg and DH is Devin

    How long have you been together: Together for 5 and a half, married for 1 year and 3 months

    Wedding Date: May 17th, 2009

    Wedding Colors: light pink, light green, and ivory

    Wedding Location: Kettle Cove, Cape Elizabeth

    Favorite Place in Maine: Kettle Cove, it's in the town i grew up in, and I always feel at home by the ocean :)

    Wedding Style: laid back and casual

    Biggest Wedding Focus: For me, it was keeping things low key. We wanted the oppertunity to enjoy eachother and the company of our guests that day. And finding the right dress, that took months! 

    Favorite thing about FI:That we're a team, and he totally blances me out.  We're alike enough to really get one another, but different enough that we each get a different perspective on a lot of different things.

    Wedding Style:  fun/rustic/fall

    Biggest Wedding Focus: Picking a place that is extremely budget friendly but where I can still put together a rockin wedding.  Focusing on summer camps at the moment.

    Favorite thing about FI:  How he's super mature and professional at work but at home he's a complete goofball.  Sometimes I tell him I'm going to tell his coworkers on him.

    Wedding Location: his grandpa's house in Dedham, ME

    Favorite Place in Maine: Not sure, only moved here in March. But I like the places that looks like farming areas

     Wedding Style: my look is sort of vintage but overall it is simple and comfortable with some fall-seasonal things incorporated. guess i'm all over the place.

    Biggest Wedding Focus: having fun

     Favorite thing about FI: he is my best friend and we have the same humor and outlook on life.

    Added Question: How you met: Taught at the same school, started hanging out when we chaperoned prom together :)

    Wedding Date: 7/2/11

    Wedding Colors: Blue and orange (our respective favorites; awesomely, I found a lovely quote from Van Gogh about how he wanted to paint a bride and groom in complementary colors)

    Wedding Location: Old Meeting House, Yarmouth, Maine, then reception at my parents' house

    Favorite Place in Maine: Lake Mooselookmeguntic (Oquossoc), and Rangeley

    Wedding Style: outdoor, floral, fun - it's evolving. (we have a joke with our caterer that part of our theme is that we're Switzerland - his family is very conservative, and mine is very liberal, so the wedding is a neutral zone, hence Switzerland lol)

    Biggest Wedding Focus: Trying to get things done nicely from a distance!

    Favorite thing about FI: Do I have to pick one?  He is whole-hearted.  About everything.  He doesn't do things by half, and he is devoted to the people he loves.  He's also brilliant and fun.  I could go on and on :)
