Looking for a vegan caterer or someone up to the task! Intimate wedding of about 75, hopefully in Portland. As my father is battling an aggressive brain tumor we're hoping to marry this spring/early summer. We're open to hiring a culinary student or someone just starting out if they can offer us a delicious vegan meal!! Comfort food! anyone know of anyone we could contact or any restaurants we should check out ?!? Not interested in doing a vegan traditional menu combo. Thank you!
