Wow, that is so cool! And would be a ridiculously cheap way to get pretty decorations! I would if they would melt once they are lit, though. I might have to give it a try.

My Mom & I are in the process of making them. Make sure you get your balloon to be perfectly rounded before you start dipping or the wax will have a funky little bottom to it. Also go for a wider shallower container to do the wax in it seems to work better that way & dont let the balloon hit the bottom of the pan, & prepare yourself for an accidental wax shower, my poor Mom had her stove & floor coated luckily she had quick reflexes & she didnt get burned.
I love them & I think theyre adorable, I cant wait to finish them Ill make sure to post pictures of them for you!
Here's a picture of them started, couldnt finish cause my kids wanted me home lol.
The darker ones will be blue & the lighter ones will be purple but the pink balloons throw it all off.
