Exit 48 Portland/Westbrook FYI

I almost just had a heart attack after paying half-attention to the news.

The on-ramp from Riverside St. to the Northbound side of I-95 will be closed until November.  I'm not sure if this impacts anyone, but I thought I would pass on the info.  If you have anyone staying in that area and they need to travel north, you will want to keep this in mind.

I believe both off-ramps, as well as the Southbound on-ramp will be open.  If they were also closed, I would have to redo my directions insert and have to reroute people which would have sucked!  That's where the mini-heart attack just came in!

    I emailed the Maine Turnpike Authority - the only closure is the ON RAMP northbound from RIverside onto 95 north.

    There will be a signed detour and I have a PDF map if you'd like me to send it to you of where they can get on the highway instead.
