Do I tip the caterer?

We are getting married at Peakes Hill Lodge.  They don't figure in a gratuity for the caterer, should we add something?  If so how much?  I know going rate around the area is 18-20%.  TIA.

    We tipped the two servers,, but not the caterer herself. It is that old thing, do you tip the owner, or not? We opted not to.
