What are you working on?

I'm 2 and a half months away...only freaking out a little :)

I still need to buy my shoes. Sending out invites this week. Setting up final meeting for flowers, and hopefully a hair trial!

Let's see, I am just about a month out and have really been trying not to freak...but it's hiding there under the surface.  lol.  Tonight my FI and I have the first of 3 dance lessons (yay!), I made wands for my flower girls last night, and I am working on finalizing LOTS of little things - rental list, menu, rehearsal dinner details, etc.  I partially feel like I'm in great shape and another part of me feels like I'll never get it all done.  My goal is devote a couple hours every night this week to get some work done or to pack a few boxes for transport.  I still cannot believe we are so close!

Oh, and Thursday night is my 3rd fitting and I'll be able to try on the shrug I am having made.  I can't wait!  After this fitting the next time will be the Friday before we leave for Maine so she can teach everyone how to bustle the dress and can do any last minute alterations as needed.  I'm so excited!!!

I can't stress the need for this enough!!!  My mom was shown (and was able to practice) how to bustle my dress.  When it came time to do it, she was all flustered.  Luckily my ceremony coordinator had experience in a bridal salon and was able to bustle it in  just a few minutes.  I wish I could have had other people go and learn, but no one's schedules ever matched up with mine.

We are all getting so close.

Chrispygal, I can't believe you are a month away. I am just under two months and freaking out! :-)

I am working on finalizing out rehearsal dinner menu and picking things up here and there for it. Trying to finalize my cermony music and make a time line for all of the little things I need to get done. As well as make a day of timeline.

This Friday is 50 days so we are celebrating with a cook out for the entire wedding party and our parents. I can't wait!

I am so excited yet stressing out Laughing

I'm about a month out as well, I'm trying to finish up the rest of my DIY projects before the one month mark. All I have left is about 15 ribbon wands, 40 bottles of bubbles, and the wedding programs. Starting next week, I'll beging working on the seating chart and escort cards, finalizing the playlist for the DJ, and giving final counts to the florist.

I'm almost at the two week mark and starting to stress a little! I've been working SO much that wedding stuff has been on the back burner. My mom, FMIL and I are declaring tomorrow wedding planning day..making favors, signs that let people know they're going the right way, lists for the photographer, making calls and securing last minute details,..I could go on forever! I just tell myself repeatedly that it will all come together no matter what. I also had my final dress fitting today! I was a little disappointed at my last appointment..I realized that my strapless empire-wasted dress was never going to stay up if I had it let out in the bust like I wanted. I feel like even with the weight I lost I still look squeezed into it up top, (thank you david's bridal for selling me a dress that was two sizes too small! Grrr, should have known better) but there's not a whole lot I can do now. I still absolutely love the dress and my local seamstress did a great job hemming it all! The next time I put it on will be right before my ceremony, eeek!!
