Are you renting/did you rent one?  How much and from where?

I am hoping they can put one up on the beach (we already cleared it with the town) but not sure about getting the stakes the ground in the sane

    Yes we are renting a tent. Our wedding is in Ellsworth and so is our tent renting place. We have a 40' x 60' tent for 80 to 100 people and it will be $1,340 And then of course there are all the other thinkgs that we neet, tables, chairs, plates ect. It can get quiet expensive :S

    check out sperry tents, they are amazing tents make out of sailing cloth.

    We rented one for our wedding last September from Are You Ready to Party in Waterville. We had a 40x100 for 180 people. I think the tent itself was around $1400 but then we had to add tables, chairs, linens, etc. I don't think it would be a problem to have it put up on the beach. When we rented ours they asked if they were able to put stakes in the ground or not so I assume that not was an option. Also, I've seen them set up on tar in parking lots and such so the beach probably won't be a problem :-) Good luck!
