Hi!
wondering if anyone is using a wedding planner in the area, and if so, how is it going?

I used b merry events out of Portland for my wedding and I'm sooooooo glad I did!  She was a tremendous help and we certainly would not have enjoyed our day as much as we did without her.  We rented a private home and relied on her for helping us plan our rehearsal dinner, running the rehearsal, and setting up and cleaning up that day.  She also helped some with pre-planning.  She worked her butt off and helped make our day that much better.  My hubby was unsure she'd be worth the money and afterwards he commented that she didn't charge enough and he easily would have paid her double.  That's how much her work that weekend meant to us.
