Is anyone using Harbor Light Films? I was married in September and have not received my video. If anyone has any tips on what I should do, please let me know. Thanks.

    Septemeber, What??? What have they told you? I bet they lost it, you need a refund at the least. O I'm so sorry that's tarable.

    Have you called them and spoken to anyone live? A friend of mine had the same issue with a photographer. She ended up reporting them to the BBB and Attorney General - only then did she get her pics back.
