Caterers in the Jackson area

Hello Knotties! I need a little assist with this list of caterers that I have received. My FI and I would love to have a GREAT caterer, but not a pocket breaker. I have a list of 13 caterers I would love to hear about any caterers on the list that you all know.

    We're using Catering by George's for our rehearsal dinner.  We have our tasting this saturday.  I've also been to friends' weddings that have been catered by George's.  They seem really great so far and will go out of their way to give you exactly what you want.
