Make Up/Hair in Jackson Area?

I need help, if anyone reads this.

I'm getting married in Jackson and have absolutely no idea who to go for to do my hair and make-up. My mom went to the same women for years (since college) before she moved, and while the woman is really nice we have very different styles. And, because she's known me since I was born she has a habit of trying to overrule me. Most of my friends don't live in town, so I really need some recs. I'm thinking of going up to the Spehora to have my make-up done, but I'm kind of wary because I don't know how well-trained they are. 

Any recommendations are welcome.

I recommend getting your makeup done at Merle Norman.  My hairdresser's name is Kez, and her salon is called Noggins.  It is by Northpark Mall.  She is great and will give you suggestions and do exactly what you want.  The only reason I am not using her is because I am getting married in my hometown.  I hope this helps!
