So I'm sitting at Monroe Muffler waiting on my car. FI left to go home to put the bike rack together and ready cause we're gonna do a little mt bike riding...anyway.. I walk in, take a seat and the guy looks at me all frantic and whatnot. I was here last thursday with an appt and he said he couldnt do it bc there "wasn't enough time before they close". I remained calm..rescheduled and said as long as I'm coming in monday please do an oil change..he said ok.
So..hes pulling my car out, leaves it running and I asked "you did the oil change too right?" He looks at me and says no, you only wanted the alignment.
Then he tells me the total price. Now, Im a very calm person but this idiot was just way too rude for my liking and it's not even noon.
Very nicely I said..the car is still running please do the oil change. Then had to proceed to remind him about what happened on Thursday when he renigged on the appointment I made 3 wks prior.
What ever happened to good customer service?!?!
