Hi, I'm thinking about holding my ceremony on the city side of Washington ladning's along the bike trail. There is a very cute little patiowith blue archways/city view space at this end that I think would be perfect for a small ceremony. The problem is I don't know who or how to go about reserving this area. I believe it belongs to the city which woudl mean I would have to get a special events permit to block it off. Has anyone ever done anything like this for thier wedding/event? I need to know where I should begin. Thank you , -Jessica
