They're not making you come in to work for those days, right? I'm pretty sure they have to provide you a bathroom!

Oh no!  Don't they have to shut your office for something like that?  It's so unsanitary!

Luckily, we are across the street from a gas station (not sure if they have water though since we don't).

I don't know that they can make you come in - that's so unsanitary!  And to use a gas station bathroom - gross!

Um, ew. They just shut off our water for 20 minutes and I want to go home.  :)

It's not their fault though and I'm sure something will be worked out.  The water people were working because there's a leak somewhere else on the road.  Someone tried to wash their hands and there was no water so they asked the water trucks and they were like "oh yeah, we shut the water off"...thanks for the heads up!  Now, if there's no water when I get home, then I'll panic!

We've had our water shut off a few times.  They usually bring in maintenance staff to man one restroom per floor with buckets of water to manually flush the toilets.  And hand sanitizer for 'washing' hands.  If it's more than a few hours though they send us home!

Ick, hope it either doesn't last as long as they say or that you don't have to stay there!

They don't have to close!  It happened to us at school one time, the kids did not come to school but teachers had to report.  If we had to use the restroom we had to drive 5 miles down the road to McDOnalds...it was ridiculous...I'd take a sick day!
