Just saw this pretty sweet deal on Living Social for 7 days in Costa Rica.  Includes airfare from JFK, all breakfasts, 6 lunches, 6 dinners, ground transportation, and hotels.  $1799... would make a pretty sweet honeymoon!  The only September departure day is the 1st, but you could also depart in October if you wanted to.  HTH someome

We were lucky to snag a last minute deal to the Riu in Guanacaste, Costa Rica (Jan 2011) for a 7 day trip for $1550/each (with airfare from Ottawa, ON, Canada).
It was a VERY good price for there and for a 5 star place.
I'm hoping we can get lucky again for a place in Jamaica or St. Lucia in Feb.

I've been looking at the LS & Groupon getaway deals- has anyone been on one? Are they as good as they make them sound? I know taxes aren't included, but are there any other suprises?
