September 2012 Weddings

AW: DIY Wedding Bell Wands

I wanted something for after the ceremony, but rice/confetti is not allowed (not that I wanted either) and I was worries about the bubbles staining clothes (or it just being messy), so I decided to make my own wedding bell wands :)
I'm not making enough for everyone; just for enough for a presence and for those who want to wave a wand (who doesn't tho, really? lol).

are you gonna have a sign?

I saw one that says is "please wave a ribbon wand, cheer for first kisses, and the announcement of the new Mr. & Mrs"

or "when the bride and groom walk your way wave your wand and shout horay!"

Sorry but I had to borrow your idea. My son and I, after a trip to michaels for they're ribbon sale, sat down and made a few tonight in our colours.

</div><div>lol - I def took advantage of their ribbon sale too!! I'm using ribbon on my invites and frames and the wands, so I needed that sale!! lol</div><div>
</div><div>Jez - yes, there will be a sign too; "<strong><em>Celebrate our bond by waving a wand"</em></strong> ;)</div><div>I also painted and decorated our "Mr and Mrs" wands so we have some to wave as well. (It's chalkboard so I have to write Mr or Mrs on it)</div><div>
