How many guests are you inviting to your wedding?

We started with 70... and are completely done at 120. Amazing how the list grows in a few short months!

We're doing around 115... we have a lot of out of town guests so we expect that for the wedding it will be about 75

We are inviting about 120 and expect around a 105 to attend. About 10 of them are my Dad's out of town first cousins that he insists needs invitations. I *really* don't think a family that lives 3,000 miles away is going to make a trek out to see family they haven't talked to in years, but hey you never know I guess. Another 5 or so are friends that live far away or college-aged cousins (at far away schools) that I don't think will make it.

I put 51-100, since we have been aiming for 100 since we started planning. Realistically, I think we it will be more like 110 when the wedding invitations go out.

We are inviting around 300 (just over) but due to religious differences in his family, the fact it is a DW, etc... we kinda felt everyone out and we're expecting closer to 150-200...

I believe we're currently at 113. I suspect there will be another 8-10 added by the time invitations go out, so we'll call it 120, hoping for 85-90. I know of 4 that are pretty much for sure no, and about 8 that are very unlikely.

We are inviting around 130. Hopefully when it comes time to send out invitations it will be less, and we are hoping for around 100 to show!

Inviting 250 to our DW. We really thought we could realistically expect 100 to attend and hoped no more than 125 would. But after responses to our STDs (based on hotel rooms already booked in block) we are at 120 already! It's looking like we'll end up around 130-140.

Inviting 130, hoping for 112, but we will see. have a back up list if I get more "no"s then I expect, but my sister just got married last year, so I think I have a pretty good idea of who will show. When we started we wanted 75, but that was impossible.

We wanted something small and intamate with our closest family and friends.  Neither of us have a big family so it was easy to keep it pretty small.  We are inviting 60 people to our wedding and are expecting all 60 to come.

Our goal was 200 and we were right on target, but then FI's dad picked an absolute fit about not being able to invite all his aunts/uncles/cousins.  I was so pissed, especially since he isn't helping pay at all.  (Not a huge fan of my inlaws).

So, we upped it to 220.  Thankfully one of FFILs uncle's granddaughter is getting married the same day so 10 of those extra guests will be her immediate family.  There is no way they will come to our wedding.  We are hoping only 160 show up.

we were thinking it would be around 125 but the guest list right now is in the 180's and that's without +1's... so we'll see. we're expecting to have about 150 or so but i really have no idea.

<div>Just to let you know, "b-lists" are considered pretty rude. Your b-listed guests WILL know they've been b-listed and will probably be pretty offended. It just happened to my MOH as a matter of fact, and she was pretty pissed.

Haha yeah I guess my aim was a little off. I think I'll blame it on FMIL, she hit my elbow right before I shot the arrow :) its all good though. I've given up that battle and just hope my family makes the trip to be at the wedding.

Our max is 200, or the venue price doubles, and at last count we were at 195. Is it bad to say we are hoping some of the more distant cousins living across the country will have a prior committment?

We are inviting around 200. Many of our friends live abroad or on the opposite coast so we are expecting around 110-125.

My goal was under 200 but right now we are at 215 and looking to maybe cut a few people. I know some of my family most likely wont come because of their age and the travel but I still want to sent them an invite to let them know I am thinking of them and would love for them to come!

We need a minumum of 125 for the venue.  We currently have 160 with +1's.  Our list was at 130 for a while then at about the same time we were like we forgot people.

I think we are at around 150 including bridal party, but we are hoping to even out around 130!

We started at 299, cut that down to ~150, including bridal party and vendors  (photog, DJ) they have to eat too!
