Undergarments

I just found out that my dress is in! My first fitting is in two weeks and I am so so excited   Question for you all, what are you doing for undergarments? I wanted to wear cups, but my friend told me her store said it is better to wear a corset?  Anyone have any thoughts/experiences with this?

I think it depends on the dress.  If your dress has a corset back already... then probably no corset.  If its a zip up and you need some extra smoothing/pull, then a corset might be a good idea.

I agree that it totally depends on the dress! I have a backless dress so backless bra it is lol

DD's dress is a corset style back and she isn't wearing anything under the top!! It is strapless sweatheart neckline and because it laces in back fits her perfect & it is also a thick enough material she doesn't need anything.

I'm not wearing anything with mine. It has built in cups already and is tight enough that the girls don't move

My dress is a strapless zip up, so I'm wearing a corset and it fits great...smooths everything out and stayed in place nicely!

MSwanny - mind if I ask where you got your corset?  I wore my backless/strapless bra for a two day wedding this weekend, and I'm thinking I'll want something with a little more 'support' for the wedding.
