Accountability - Friday

Yay, TGIF! How has everyone's week been? I have slacked, I admit, but things are getting better as the week goes on.

I found a GREAT blog that has a workout based around your day to day activities (brushing your teeth, doing laundry, etc). Its obviously not my only workout, but I will be doing all of these as an add on to my normal workout routine! Here's the blog: CLICKY

  • It's not even 10AM and I've already had some chocolate covered cranberried.
    Yup, it's gonna be a bad day.
    I normally have no desire to dig into that stuff but I'm feeling like poo today and I'm even considering skipping spin class (SAY WHAT! lol). I'm just so drained...
    I will prob still go cuz I'm just too dedicated to skip it but I really feel like just ignoring my healthy side.. at least just for today :P

    Feeling good this moring, the scale movied 2.8lbs this week. For a total of 9.4lbs lost!
  • FI and I have been slacking like crazy going to the gym.  We finally went yesterday, and that was the first time this month!  He rode the MS 150 last weekend, so we were concentrating on that, then we tore apart half our house and have been reorganizing.

    I've been working on the no sugar thing.  Ever since I went to Cleveland to visit my sis, I kind of fell off the wagon.  It's hard to eat right on a road trip and when you're visiting family.  But I've done well this week.  Dropped another pound!  I'm looking forward to things somewhat calming down a bit to fall back into a routine, but I know that's not going to happen until October...

  • Hi!  I haven't been posting on my accountability (a little ironic, I realize), but have decided I'm going to actually buckle down and work on toning up pre-wedding.

    I didn't think it mattered to me, but I went to the Dr today and realized that since we got engaged, i have LOST 17 pounds!!!  Realizing that was so super motivating to me that I really have decided to lose 7 pounds before we get married (which is  super-doable for me).  For me, there is a weight that I just feel the absolute best at, and realizing today that it's 7 pounds away was fantastic.

    This week was kinda crap for eating- had our food tasting and a going away party as well as less time to excercise due to said food tasting and going away party, but this week I'm going to do at least my normal hour of walking a day plus step it up a bit and make sure I incorporate another 2-3 hours over the course of the week of hard cardio and do my abs routine every night.

  • Last night I had it all planned out for my workout but was a bust when FI got his sucky news.  And, at half time when I planned on running there was a thunderstorm outside anyways.  Tomorrow is my final!  I made it to June 16th alive.  So with only 1 class, work, and the wedding to juggle starting Sunday, I'm really going to start buckling down!
