Yay, TGIF! How has everyone's week been? I have slacked, I admit, but things are getting better as the week goes on.
I found a GREAT blog that has a workout based around your day to day activities (brushing your teeth, doing laundry, etc). Its obviously not my only workout, but I will be doing all of these as an add on to my normal workout routine! Here's the blog:
