We are finally going to close on our house today!!!!!!! The kicker is though, since our closing isn't until 4 and it is a bank owned property, depending on how long it takes, the bank could be closed so we can sign the papers but they can't do the funding. In that case we'd be closed but couldn't go into the house until Monday when the bank receives the money ugh! But after all the delays this week, I'll take it! I'm hoping the closing maybe gets moved up an hour or so so it isn't an issue and I can get some things done there this weekend!
Another sigh of relief was the final amount we owe is quite a bit less than our broker estimated (better that he overestimated than under). With this wedding coming up it is a huge relief because the difference is equivalent to 25 wedding guests! Huge relief since much of the wedding is our responsibility! Anyone else see the price of things and relate it to wedding guests haha?
