josephwedding-  made your stuffed peppers recipe last night....UH-MAZING!

Have leftovers though.  Britt I included you because you said you make them too.  What is the best way to reheat them?

I usually wrap them in tin foil & throw them in the toster oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes until heated through. Or cover them with a damp paper towel & use  the microwave at 30 second intervals if you don't have access to a toaster oven.

I actually throw them in the oven on low, but I try to avoid microwaves hahaha

Thanks ladies!!!  No toaster oven so if I'm patient I'll try the oven but the reality is it will probably be the microwave haha

Haha I generally try to avoid the microwave, but you gotta do what you gotta do!

Hahah I can see that!  I told Fi when he comes home for 3 days next week (yay) I'm going to make them for him.  I actually made them vegetarian style this time...I love meat but I was being cheap at the grocery store and black beans are way cheaper than meat haha (and I know it's good for you to skip the meat sometimes).  They were still delicious but going to try some ground chicken or turkey next time because FI doesn't understand what vegetarian means.  Hoping to get him hooked too.

They are amazing with ground chicken! I don't eat red meat so that's what we always do

FI eats meat. If he wants to eat anything with meat, he cooks the meat lol. So, he tends to eat vegetarian foods more often lol
