WP gifts

Would it be bad form to give our wedding party their gifts after the wedding? We are having a DW and every one of us is flying back and forth to the wedding. I'm thinking not only will it be less stuff for me to have to travel with, but also less stuff for them to pack and bring back home. We would still give them the heartfelt thank you note at the RD. I could give them their gifts at home the following week. Is this tacky?

I dont think its tacky.  But could you possibly give it to them early instead?

I agree with PP that early would be better.  It just looks like it wasn't an afterthought and since you have thought it out (and probably already purchased them) you don't want to give off the wrong vibe.  They are your closest friends so they probably won't make a big deal about it...before just seems nicer.
