Alright, back at work today. Still not feeling perfect, but feeling MUCH better than yesterday! I may try a light workout tonight (just walk the dogs or something simple just to keep me active).
Trins - Saw your message in yesterday's, figured I'd answer it here to make it easy. The change of eating habits has been going great. It is a little weird at first but I find if I prepare the day's meals in the morning and plan it all out, its easier to stick to as the day goes on. I have noticed a difference and lost weight without changing anything else in my routine (if anythign worked out a little less).
