Morning all. My day is so far much better than yesterday. At least my remaining planter is still intact. haha. Tonight I have a rehearsal for my cousin's wedding and then the wedding tomorrow. She's 8 years younger than me...and I never in my LIFE thought A) she'd be married before me or we'd be getting married in the same year! It's very exciting, but sort of strange. Hope everyone has a great day. TGIF!

Happy Friday!  Nothing exciting on our agenda today.  Just painting the office and having a plumber come fr the kitchen drain.  FI and I realize we have 1 week to go back to work and a ton of stuff to do around the house...oh well!

Good morning!Jessi-- Happy 3 Months!  So exciting!N-- are you totally pumped about your bach party?  I'm all a-twitter in anticipation for mine.  All of a sudden my girls got very quiet about it, so I know it's going to be good.  My sister flies in tonight and then we hit the casino tomorrow!  And my 3rd BM will be there--she's in med school so couldn't make the shower and I haven't seen her in 2 1/2 years, so I'm super excited!

Good morning! Yay for everybody's wedding's getting close. Emily, I ended up getting married a year after my niece, who is 9 years younger than me, and 4 months after my nephew who is 7 years younger than me.  And now, my niece just had her first child.  I never thought any of that would happen before I got married and had kids!I'm very disappointed in the Philadelphia Eagles today.  They picked up Michael Vick last night.  I looked at DH and said - Thank God I'm a diehard Steelers Fan.

Morning! Awful, awful morning here at work so far!  The conference that is usually held at 10am was being held at 8:30am. They told me at 8:27...  Still trying to gather a few things... Gah!  I really have to work for this time off for the wedding!

Morning! Not only is it Friday, but it's my second-to-last day! Woohooo!!! Emily, I have a cousin nine years younger who got engaged 4 months after me. I was really concerned for a while that she'd get married before me! It does creep me out to think that we could possibly be pregnant at the same time--she's my LITTLE cousin! (Although, to be fair, she's the same age as some of the younger girls on this board).Looks like lots of exciting stuff going on this weekend--enjoy, everybody!

Nuelsi,Have you ever been to NYC before?  I must confess that I haven't.  I've been to other parts of NY - but not NYC.  I freak out in Pittsburgh, so I've always been apprehensive about tackling the Big Apple.  My son loves it up there.  I'm just a country girl who loves solitary back roads and lots of trees and few people.  :)Have lots of fun.  Darn - all of us knotties could have put in our orders for knockoff purses and watches before you leave. *wink*Morgan & Erica, I know what you mean about Vick.My daughter and her FI got the wedding invitations mailed out yesterday.  I was starting to stress that we wouldn't get those made.

Traci - EXACTLY. My cousin getting married tomorrow (oh, I got teary eyed even just thinking about it!) is my youngest cousin on both sides of the family. She cannot be that grown up yet! For heavens sake, I used to change her diapers. If we are preggo at the same time, I will be SHOCKED. Thanks for putting that scenario in my head...never crossed my mind until now! LOL!

Good morning!  TGIF!N and Colleen - have a great time this weekend!DH and I are going to see The Time Traveler's Wife tonight.  Tomorrow we are taking a truckload of boxes to my parents' house, then Sunday we'll be out looking at more houses.  I like having a busy weekend, though it usually goes too fast.

Morning campers.   Happy Friday!! I have a cold (out of nowhere) and can't wait to be home. We're watching 'I Love You, Man' on Netflix tonight. N- I'm SO friggin' excited for you that you are going to NYC to get krazy soon. Call us if you need bail. I think that we can collectively come up with it. It'll be a knottie bail out! I'm bummed because JennyBee leaves today for Doha. She will be missed. And the whole Vick thing is frustrating me, also. How in the world is he allowed to just go back to his livelihood and make millions again because he 'paid the price' in jail? I may be irrational about it all, but I don't think that it is fair. I'm honestly so happy that he isn't coming here, though.

There's talk about you assaulting a police officer as you tried to free all of the carriage ride horses in Central Park...As the old lady on this board - and as someone who has never been to NYC, I think I should take the bail money up.Nuelsi - wow, you are a pro at NYC!  Will you be going to any shows?

Morning!I am so mad about Vick too...was hoping that no one would pick him up.  Ugh.N and Colleen, have such fun b-parties!  Jenn, enjoy your shower this weekend, if you are checking in today.Yay for 3 months, Jessi!We had an amazing doctor's appointment this morning - got to see the little one again for our genetic testing and it is so amazing how different everything is from the last time we saw him/her.  The baby moved SO much - it was so crazy.  And he/she has arms and legs and they kept moving...just insane.  It was pretty much the coolest experience of my life!  AND - the tech's early guess is that it is a GIRL...she said about 70%!

AWW, KR isn't it so amazing how quickly they change from 8 weeks to 11/12???  And that's sooo exciting they gave you a 70% guess for a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Glad everything went well!!
