  • I have heard many bad reviews about the one on TK screwing up
  • I haven't had any issues with TK's guest list...yet.  I probably will now that I say that.  LOL!

  • I just used a simple Excel Spreadsheet!

  • I'm using excel as well- that way I can format it and edit it any way I want.
  • Sorry, I've also been using Excel. It makes it a lot easier to manipulate and edit things for different uses.

  • I was using excel but now I'm using a Google Docs Spreadsheet-  it's nice because you can share it with people and access it remotely.

Basically, it's a spreadsheet that's saved under your google ID name so when you log in (like for gmail) you can pull it up and use it.  You can also 'share' it with people and give them access- for example, my sister is helping me address envelopes so she's able to access and update it as well.

  • I use weddingwire and love it!  I haven't had any glitch problems with it (knock on wood) and find it really easy to work with.  I am a financial analyst so a total Excel dork but weddingwire allows you to easily import and export from excel.  It let's you make custom reports too so when I just wanted to see who didn't have an address, I could just pull names and addresses and look for blanks without having to export everything.  You can do mass edits.  And, once you enter your RSVPs (we are doing online RSVPs through our website so they will be automatically updated) on there, you can make a seating chart which is easy to use.  Haven't tried yet but my next attempt is to export for a mail merge for envelope printing and I don't think it is going to be that hard.
  • I am using weddingwire.com for my RSVP so I have all my guest info on there which can be downloaded into custom reports (names/addresses/ meals/whatever!).
It's been extremely useful and the newer versions of excel are fabulous ;)
