Haha I know the feeling.  A little trick I like to do that keeps me in control, is if you have something with chocolate (like samoas or thin mints which are my fav), I freeze them.  Then one of two things happens....1. when I go to eat them, they are hard so I have to take small bites and by the time I get thru one I'm satisfied or 2.  by the time I let it thaw my craving is gone and I dont even eat it! 

I know we are all trying to get in wedding shape but indulging a little is important too!!!  Plus, it's for a good cause, right?

i got 2 samoas, and 2 thin mints- and I freeze them as well.

And a couple others, not gonna lie.

I was a Girl Scout through 8th grade, so it's like a payback kind of thing.  Gotta do it!

Oh man.  Girl Scouts, are devils trapped in little people bodies.  I was looking on Pinterest, for healthy alternatives.  I've been craving them like a crazy woman.

Yeah, I got caught by those cute little girl scouts too this weekend.  We (read: mostly me) ate a half a box yesterday of thin mints!  MMM...my mouth is watering right now thinking about the other half box at home.  LOL!

OMG tell me about it! I bought a box of thin mints and a box of peanut butter patties just for myself. I'm really proud of myself that they aren't gone already.

I haven't had the cookies in FAR too long.... I think I might need to remedy that sometime soon (but only one box because otherwise I'll be eating WAY too many of them lol)

Ohhh, there were Girl Scouts outside the grocery store we stopped at to get hiking snacks at on Saturday, on our way to snowshoeing. I had to buy a box of Samoas, snowshoeing is hard work!

I LOVE samoas!  FI bought three boxes at work.  I think we are gonna be bad and eat one right away and then freeze the other two...and hide them behind the healthy food in the freezer.

we just got ours yesterday! we had placed an order some number of weeks ago when two neighborhood girls came to the door. i couldn't say no for so many reasons: 1. i was a girlscout 2. the cookies! 3. they were so cute 4. the girl scouts were one of my sorority's philanthropies (woo KD!), so yeah... of course we bought some. i plan on buying more whenever they set up infront of the grocery store.

I didn't think I was going to get any this year but the girl at work is selling them for her adorable little girl and I LOVE samoas soo much. I think I'll take a PPs advice and put them in the freezer. That might keep me from inhaling the whole box in one sitting.

As I sit here and read this I'm eating this- (which I store in my freezer)-

 Looks like a Samoa doesn't it? No, its a Keebler Coconut Dream, available YEAR ROUND to destroy my diet. Looks & tastes exactly the same,I'm suprised the Girl Scouts haven't sued the elves.
I still ordered the real thing though, nothing like them

Oh I know the feeling.  FI always gets sucked into people selling things, newpapers, vacuums, sham-wows.  It doesn't matter what it is, lol.  He came back from the grocery store with FOUR boxes of girl scout cookies.  I made him take them to work so I wouldn't get tempted.

My FI is like this too.  He almost bought a new front door for the house from some guy walking up and down the street one night.  Fortunately I was in the kitchen with his neice doing math homework.  I had to be the "mean little girl" who chased the guy off.  Unfortunately, FI doens't come home with girl scout cookies, just the latest magazine that has Kim Kardasian on the cover.
