    We got engaged on Feb 12th and our wedding is Sept 21, 2012 so we are having on at the end of May. I know many people don't do them because it is an extra cost, but my parents and sister (MOH) are throwing us a very casual party at my parents house. It is just going to be appetizers, dessert, beer and wine. Nothing too fancy, but a nice chance for our families and bridal party to get together and meet/see everyone! We are also requesting NO gifts :)

    We got engaged in February and will have a party this summer, to (hopefully) coincide with a housewarming party.  We bought our house last august and had grand renovatiopn plans that took a back burner to a lot of stuff, so for us its a chance to bring everyone together and celebrate the start(of the start) of our new lfe and celebrate all the hard work.
