CLICKYI was so excited to get home.... got in the house, dug my stability ball out and realized that it must have gotten a hole in it in the process of my last move!!! Boo

FI and I are going to pick one up between business meetings tonight so I can get at this, if she says she got results by including it in her regular routine then I'm game to give it a go!

Question for today (just to make this more interesting) - What is your favourite piece of workout equipment?
I have a serious addiction to medicine balls as of late, I find I lean towards exercises that use them 9 times out of 10 if I have the option lol
