September 2012 Weddings

Accountability - Monday

Alright, so we had ALL intentions of a workout before work, but that didn't work... I had a hard time sleeping last night, and the pup was in bed with us again which kept FI awake. Long story short, the alarm went off and we both agreed we'd sleep the extra hour this morning and go after work. We do have time after work today, so that's ok.

How was everyone's easter weekend? Any new goals hit? Anyone made any new goals or plans?

  • I ate pretty bad this weekend but it was expected.  Not ALL was bad and I did try and fill up a lot on the veggie dishes :)  On Saturday I was able to run for the first time in a week because my stomach allowed me too.  I'm closely watching what I eat because I might have figured out the culprit.  We will see!  Tonight I'm hoping to get back to my gym routine for now.  I really can't wait until it gets warm out because I spend little to no time at the gym and just run, run, run :)
  • Terrible.  Absolutely terrible!  I'm up 4lbs.  I have to double my water intake and start my new workout system and I should even out by the end of the week.
  • I did okay this weekend.. Took the wekend off from exercise to let my hamstring heal up. But I did pretty good at eating healthy! Saturday was my "Screw it" day, but still ate much healthier than I expected. 

    Today I'm going to do some house cleaning. Our house is a disaster after Easter. Tomorrow I'll hit the gym, light leg work & focus more on my core.

  • I'm feeling a little rough right now :( My stomach is not my friend... hoping it clears up by the end of work, I wanted to hit the treadmill today...
  • Thought I just totally blew calories for the day with lunch... But after having salad with lite vinegarette, pita chips, 2 tablespoons of hummus & a low fat strawberry yogurt, I STILL have 542 calories left! And I haven't logged in any activity yet for today. 

    Huge dinner, here I come LOL

    I ate bad this weekend :-(

    But I am back on track today and logged all my calories on MFP.  I did W1D3 of C25k and I went to Body Pump class at my gym.
