I don't know if anyone else has tried to use the Men's Warehouse group manager but it's incredibly infuriating and their customer service is useless. Our wedding is a little more complicated I guess because we live in FL and booked the tuxes here but very clearly booked them for pick up in VA where the wedding is. Our receipt has everything right. So I went to look at their group manager tool because I thought it was a great idea. Well, we can only see FI and two GM (we have 6 plus my dad and two brothers booked in this group). And, it lists all 3 tux rentals we can see as getting picked up in FL! I know I have a receipt with the correct info but if anything happened in the computer I don't want to wait until 2 days before my wedding to find out 6 people don't have tuxes at all and 3 people have tuxes 1000 miles away. So I used the live chat help service to find out wtf happened. They said they have everyone and that it is listed to be picked up in VA. They said I should now be able to see everyone (Nope) and that sometimes it take 48 hours for the computer to update the manager with any changes. Uhhh cool, we booked this to VA from the beginning (no changes) and we booked it in JANUARY. When I said that the representative just said "well even if the manager isn't correct I assure you it is correct in my system." Wow thanks I feel so confident that your heads aren't up your a$$ now. Hope no one else has this problem but really if you can't provide the correct information to your customers, you probably shouldn't go live with this program.
